Title
Zoe von Gunten Bruce Richards Lecture Exhibit Project
Description
This record contains photographs of an exhibit that, in the words of Zoe von Gunten, "I created a presentation and display on the effects of memory and cherished objects. Through my research I found myself stumbling upon the Tom Hough papers. Tom Hough was the editor in chief for the Star-Tribune and an avid lover of nature and wilderness." This record contains photographs of the items Zoe selected from the Tom Hough papers as well as items that she personally cherishes and combined in the exhibit. The typewriter belonged to Casper College instructor Margaret Demorest. Zoe gave a brief presentation on the project before the start of Hua Hsu's Bruce Richards Lecture at Casper College in October of 2023. This service learning project was part of a partnership between Casper College and ServeWyoming to offer service-learning opportunities for students.
